- We select information on other homes that are similar to yours in the neighborhood, city, school district, and adjoining cities. This information must meet the criteria of the appraisal process of our industry so as to be acceptable by lending institutions.
- We correlate this information to determine a price range and time frame that will meet your goals and objectives.

- We put a sign on your property: This announces to prospective buyers that your home is for sale; It lets the neighbors know that the activity around your home is because it is for sale; It helps other Realtors to find your home when showing it to prospective buyers and their agents.
- We develop a professional brochure: To display inside your home to remind people of what they saw; To display outside your home to encourage people to see your home; To send to our network of people we have developed over the years, whom may be interested or know of someone who is.

This is becoming the most important and effective method because of the thousands of people we reach that use the Internet sites to search for homes and information. We have a cooperative agreement with other Realtors to allow their inventory of homes to be accessible, by prospective buyers, through our web sites.
- We strategically advertise your home in the MLS. This exposes your home to thousands of Realtors in the area. It is so important to have a professional look with the pictures and the description. It also helps to promote a sub-contract with a cooperating REALTORâ who shares the real estate fees with the selling company.
- We promote your property within our Coldwell Banker Burnet network throughout the Twin Cities. Our team of Realtors work together to serve our clients.

- Negotiations: When we present you with a purchase agreement we offer our experience and knowledge to give you ideas to maximize your net proceeds on the sale of your home. Our experience in working with hundreds of purchase agreements over the years provides us with a competitive edge over our competition. This works to your advantage as a seller.
- From purchase agreement to the closing is a critical time to keep the sale together and not cost you more dollars. During this time Inspections and Appraisals are done and this is a time that the buyer can renegotiate the price and terms of the sale.
